Operation
Assembly / Clean room
GRITEC offer module and device assembly as system construction services. Scalable assembly space and an ERP goods management system are available for this purpose. We offer the entire range of services, from design to engineering to the finished product, and that even includes a packaging service. The assembly of high-tech modules is carried out in our own clean room.

- 2600 m² of column-free assembly space
- 50 m² clean room (can be certified up to an ISO Class 7 clean room)
- 80 m² electrical laboratory
- 80 m² in-house parts production
- 1400 m² photovoltaic system
- 2x 8 tonne cranes
- Assembly tent adaptable to system size (can be certified as clean room tent up to ISO Class 7)
Production
GRITEC’s technology centre in Grüsch features powerful CNC milling and turning machines. Our highly qualified specialists manufacture production parts for prototypes, small series, systems and products. In addition to being an internal service provider, they also serve as an extended workbench for external customers. Thanks to our expertise, flexibility and state-of-the-art technology, we’re able to manufacture the most sophisticated and custom-tailored parts.

Assembly and commissioning
Our experienced technical specialists handle construction and cabling of your high-tech system at the Grüsch facility. We carry out comprehensive mechanical and electrical testing to ensure that everything works perfectly. Step-by-step commissioning includes detailed system and functional testing. Preliminary testing and the factory acceptance test (FAT) ensure that systems meet all customer-specific requirements and are ready for transport.
