Flexible output adjustment

Thanks to a limitless capacity for adjustment to any number of cavities, the MASIRA line makes output-oriented production possible. Even with 64 cavities and a scrap rate of 20 percent, MASIRA maintains an efficient cycle time of 5.5 seconds. This capacity for adjustment guarantees optimal productivity and quality by being precisely matched to the requirements of medical product manufacture.

Complete product traceability

Thanks to complete product traceability, the MASIRA platform sets new standards in quality assurance for medicine production. This extensive traceability makes it possible to identify production flaws early on, analyse trends and minimise waste. All testing and measurement values are uniquely assigned to the mould cavity used for production, where continuous optimisation of the production processes and compliance with the highest quality requirements is guaranteed.
