Modernisation of the entire controller (PLC) and drive technology of an existing production line on site at the customer’s facility.
Solution
Design and implementation of three new control panels for optimal system operation. The HMI design was carried out in close cooperation with experienced users of the production line, and the latest HMI web programming tools were utilised.
Customer benefits
Shorter retrofit times and less material consumption during product changes. Conversion also took very little time on site at the customer’s facility so as to keep downtime and production interruption to a minimum.
