Develop and implement automatic testing automation which fully tests the various different testing characteristics of assembly elements. The conversion effort for each assembly element type must be minimal.

Solution

The assembly elements are fed in bulk to the separating system by a feed system and positioned in the testing area. The testing characteristics are recorded with various vision systems and evaluated online within a very short time. The assembly elements are then fed to the good or bad parts area. The cycle rate here is 1 second.

Thanks to the automatic testing of different features within a very short period of time, very high throughput can be achieved in round-the-clock operation. Any accumulations of deviations are reliably identified and can be utilised in parts production. The test results are systematically recorded and archived in the respective test order. System autonomy is very high thanks to the large feed containers. New part types can be integrated easily.
