Develop and implement automatic loading which mounts spring elements into racks and carries out the necessary quality control measures. The spring elements are fed to the system in bulk.

Solution

The spring elements are separated by a feed system to the extent that a camera system can detect the position and location of the spring elements. This makes it possible to grip them with a robot and mount them in a rack. The mounting positions of all spring elements are then checked through complete visual monitoring.

Any quality issues of individual parts are reliably detected. The automation solution is operated in tandem with a manual workstation. This makes it possible to replace individual part loading and module unloading in an optimal way.
